What is a Karma Club?

The Karma Club is the loyalty & rewards club for Doc Chey's, Dragon Bowl, and Osteria 832. It's fun, easy, FREE, and all about good karma. What goes around...comes around. The more you dine...the more you get rewarded!

How Does It Work?

Download our mobile app to sign-up. During each visit, simply identify yourself as a Karma Club member, and your server will associate your account with your guest check. You can redeem rewards and earn points toward future savings at our restaurants. No loyalty card needed, but if you have an old Karma Card, you can still use it. Use 1 account per check.

What are the Redemption Stipulations?

One redeem per visit. Stipulations and expirations may vary, and are announced on notification emails. Make sure your account is opt-in to emails so you don’t miss important details. Valid on a future visit. Not valid in combination with other offers or discounts. Use 1 account per check.

Join today and receive $5 off your next visit. Earn points on each visit. Redeem points for free food. In just a few visits, you could eat for free! Other benefits: birthday gift, member-only specials, offers, and loads of other good karma.

Where is my registration bonus?

Please allow 24 hours for your registration bonus ($5 Karma Bucks) to be added to your account. If your account settings are opt-in to emails and push notifications, we'll let you know as soon as it arrives.

I'm already a registered Karma CARD member. What do I need to do?

You can still use your card when you dine, or, you can liberate your wallet and go cardless! For important details and new log-in instructions, visit here.

How do I identify myself as a Karma Club member when I dine?

When you pay, let us know you are a member by providing your phone number, app barcode, or Karma CARD. We can also look-up your account using your 5-digit member ID listed on email notifications or your app, your 16-digit card number, name or email associated with your account.

Why do I have multiple balances?

AVAILABLE POINTS – amount of points you’ve earned (1 point for each dollar spent before tax & tip). Points continue to accrue until you choose to redeem them for rewards. Points have no expiration.

REWARDS – redeem points for rewards during your visit.

OFFERS – from time to time, we feature special member-only offers, so be sure your profile settings are subscribed to notifications so you don't miss out on bonus freebies!

GIFT CARD – link your gift card to your Karma Club account.

How do I redeem points for rewards?

At the time of payment, inform your server that you'd like to redeem points for rewards (Karma Bucks valid for dollars off your bill):

When do my offers expire?

Log-in to your account on your app or online to view offer expirations. Expirations may vary, and are announced on notification emails and app notifications. Make sure your account settings are subscribed to emails and notifications so you don’t miss important details.

How do I check my balance, transaction history & edit account info?

Log-in to your account on our mobile app or website, or text profile to 678-247-2386. You must add your phone number to your account first before texting.

What's my username?

You can log-in using any of the following associated with your account: email, phone number, Karma Card 16-digit card number, Member ID.

What's my password?

If you're a Karma CARD member, try the last 4 digits of your 16-digit Karma Card number. Otherwise, click on the "forgot password" prompt on the log-in screen.

Oops, I forgot my phone. Can I still earn points today?

Yes. At the time of payment, simply identify yourself as a Karma Club member, and your server will associate your account with your guest check. Your account can be found by a team member using your phone number, email address, or member ID associated with your account.

My transaction is complete and I forgot to identify myself as a Karma Club member. Can you credit my points?

No, unfortunately you must let us know you are a Karma Club member before you pay. Please have your rewards app barcode ready at the time of payment. Points can only be earned prior to the completion of your transaction.

Why am I missing points?

Points continue to accrue until you choose to cash them in for rewards during a visit. Points do not expire. To earn points, you must remember to identify yourself as a Karma Club member at the time of payment. To view your transaction history, log-in on our app or website.

What is your privacy policy?

We hate evil spammers! We keep your account info and email locked up safe, and will not share it with any third parties. You can subscribe or unsubscribe from our email list at any time.

What's the birthday gift?

No peeking! It's a surprise. Look for an email announcing details 10 days before your birthday. Birthday gifts are given exclusively to members whose accounts are subscribed to marketing emails (i.e. our e-newsletter). Gifts may vary from year to year, and we tend to gift extra good karma to our more active members.

Why am I missing my birthday gift?

Three reasons: no birthday provided, no opt-in email provided, or joined too late. Birthday rewards are added 10 days before your actual birthday so you can make plans to celebrate with us! Log-in to update your profile & settings now so you don't miss out again in the future. If we recently missed your birthday (within the last 30 days), please contact karma@homegrownrestaurants.com.

What should I do if I delete the app?

Download it again and sign-in to your account.

What are participating locations?

Osteria 832 Pasta & Pizza, Doc Chey’s Morningside, Doc Chey’s Grant Park, or Dragon Bowl. Not valid at Doc Chey's Asheville.

Can I join without downloading the app?

Yes! No app, no problem. If you don't have an iPhone or Andriod compatible with our mobile app (IOS/App Store, Google Play), don't have the storage space to spare, or simple don't prefer apps, you can join here. Just tell us your phone number when you dine to use your account.

Why have I not received any emails?

No email exists or unsubscribed to notifications. To ensure you don't miss out on special offers:
